St. Helens should build on Brownfield sites not our Greenbelt.
What are Brownfield sites? Brownfield sites are sites that have been built on before.
Brownfield sites look decayed and drive people away from towns. Town's like St. Helens have many brownfield sites, which make the edge of the Town look run down.
The sites lay there, abandoned whilst nature comes along and makes the sites overgrown. Instead of letting this happen we need to develop these sites before even considering building on Greenbelt land.

I agree but nobody in the Town Hall seems to be listening
