St Helens Council has received a planning application from Jones Homes to build 12 new homes on the Carmelite Monastery site.
The planning application states the following ''Demolition of existing buildings, retention of lodge and the erection of 12 dwellings, together with alterations to boundary wall including the creation of new vehicle access and associated works.''
